MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — A car crash on northbound I-270 at Exit 10 resulted in a vehicle split in half and abandoned in the woods, according to Montgomery County Fire Rescue.
Emergency crews arrived on the scene and conducted a thorough search using thermal imaging cameras, but found no individuals inside the vehicle. The driver was later located unharmed, walking along Montgomery Village Avenue.
No injuries were reported, and the vehicle was confirmed abandoned. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
