A three-vehicle crash on U.S. 127 in Milford Township, Butler County, just after 7:30 p.m. July 28 left one driver dead, authorities said.
According to the Butler County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the scene in Milford Township shortly after 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
A silver Toyota failed to yield to a black SUV traveling south on U.S. 127 and collided with it, according to the sheriff's department. The SUV then entered the northbound lane and struck a truck and trailer.
Authorities said one driver died at the scene. Two occupants from the vehicles were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
The names of those involved have not been released pending family notifications, according to the Sheriff's Office.
The Sheriff's Office Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team is investigating.
