Man Dies in Single-Car Crash in Seaford
A 63-year-old man, identified as Jorge Ruiz, was killed in a single-car accident on Seaford Road on Oct. 8, authorities said.
Ruiz was driving a Buick Enclave northbound near O'Neal's Road when, for reasons under investigation, his vehicle left the east side of the roadway and struck a tree around 3 p.m. He was pronounced dead after being transported to a local hospital.
The Delaware State Police are investigating the incident. Anyone who witnessed the crash or has pertinent information is urged to contact Cpl. K. Marvel at (302) 232-3435.
