Rudy Giuliani Injured in New Hampshire Crash

Rudy Giuliani, 81, is recovering from a fractured vertebra and other injuries sustained in a car crash in New Hampshire late Saturday night, according to a spokesperson.

Giuliani was a passenger in a rented Ford Bronco driven by his spokesperson, Ted Goodman, when their vehicle was struck from behind by a Honda HR-V operated by a 19-year-old woman. The crash occurred around 10 p.m. on Interstate 93, causing both vehicles to collide with the highway median, resulting in significant damage.

Authorities reported that Goodman and the female driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment. Giuliani was taken to a trauma center, where he is being treated for a fractured thoracic vertebra along with multiple lacerations and bruises.

State Police are currently investigating the incident, stating no charges have been filed. They are reviewing a separate domestic violence report in the area at the time of the crash, though they noted the crash was unrelated to the domestic violence incident.

Giuliani's head of security stated he is in good spirits and recovering well following the accident. Further comments from Giuliani's team have not been provided.

This incident follows a tumultuous period for Giuliani, a former New York City mayor and personal attorney to former President Donald Trump.
