LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A driver suffered critical injuries in a single-vehicle crash early Saturday on southbound Interstate 11 at the Boulder Highway off-ramp.
Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) responded to the incident at 7:11 a.m. Witnesses reported that the vehicle veered off the roadway and collided with a concrete barrier, leading to the driver being ejected.
Authorities said the critically injured driver was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital. The vehicle involved in the crash was declared totaled.
The southbound I-11/Boulder Highway off-ramp remains closed for investigation and clean-up efforts. Motorists are advised to expect delays in the area.
