LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A strong-arm robbery involving a vehicle occurred near Monroe and H Street at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, prompting a response from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Authorities reported that officers located the stolen vehicle shortly after the incident and engaged in a brief pursuit. The pursuit ended when the suspects crashed the vehicle. Two suspects were subsequently taken into custody.
The incident remains under investigation, with police actively gathering additional details. In the meantime, the Regional Transportation Commission announced that all lanes are closed on Alta Drive near MLK Boulevard. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
