A multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 95 Southbound resulted in one fatality and several injuries in Palm Beach County, authorities said.
The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. near Exit 57, involving three cars and a tractor-trailer, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Emergency responders from the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue transported five individuals to local hospitals, with two reported in critical condition.
The southbound lanes of I-95 were closed for approximately two hours, causing significant traffic delays, while investigators assessed the scene.
