MSP: Multi-vehicle crash on I-93 results in lane closures in Medford
MEDFORD, Mass. —
A multi-vehicle collision occurred on Interstate 93 in Medford, Massachusetts, Friday night, state police reported.
The incident took place at approximately 9:30 p.m. near mile marker 21.4 in the southbound lanes.
A boat and trailer overturned, obstructing the two leftmost travel lanes, while an additional vehicle blocked two right lanes.
Emergency responders were on the scene, and lane closures were implemented as vehicles were being towed away.
No injuries or fatalities have been confirmed, and an investigation into the crash is ongoing, authorities said.
