DUI Crash: Hudson Man Arrested After High-Speed Pursuit

LONDONDERRY, N.H. — A Hudson man was arrested after a crash while allegedly fleeing police on Interstate 93 Thursday night.

According to New Hampshire State Police, at approximately 10:20 p.m., a trooper attempted to stop a BMW detected traveling at 118 mph on I-93 in Londonderry. The driver exited at Exit 5, increased speed, and passed other vehicles in an effort to evade the trooper. Authorities stated that the trooper did not pursue.

Shortly after, the BMW was found on Old Derry Road in Londonderry after the driver lost control and collided with a rock wall, resulting in significant damage to both the vehicle and property. The driver, identified as 29-year-old Devin Quinn of Hudson, was uninjured and subsequently arrested.

Quinn faces multiple charges, including two counts of aggravated DUI, DUI subsequent (third) offense, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, , criminal mischief, and operating after suspension. He was released on cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
