Hillsborough County Grand Jury Indicts Jason Fitzgerald in Fatal Collision

A Hillsborough County Superior Court South grand jury has indicted Jason Fitzgerald in connection with a May 11 auto-pedestrian collision that resulted in a fatality.

According to the grand jury, Fitzgerald faces two indictments related to the incident, which occurred on Route 101A near the intersection with Nashua Road in Amherst. The collision involved Fitzgerald's vehicle striking a pedestrian, identified as a longtime resident of the area.
