Goshen School Bus Clipped by Truck in Clermont County Accident
A Goshen school bus was involved in a collision with a lumber truck in Clermont County on Sept. 23 around 3:45 p.m.
According to authorities, the bus, carrying 40 to 60 students, struck the truck's mirror on Woodville Pike near Telford Farm Lane. The bus driver sustained minor injuries when the mirror hit the driver's window, as reported by Goshen Local School District Superintendent Brian Bailey.
Emergency medical personnel evaluated several students at the scene; they were later released to parents and guardians. The remaining students were transported back to school before being dismissed to their families.
“As always, we are grateful for the support of our local law enforcement and first responders,” Bailey added.
No further details regarding the condition of the truck driver were available, and the incident is under investigation.
