TOPEKA, KS – June 8, 2026, 8:51 a.m. CT — A one-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 at SW Wanamaker Road resulted in the death of a 62-year-old man on June 6.
According to Topeka police, Paul Welliver was pronounced dead at the scene after authorities responded at 12:16 p.m. The circumstances surrounding the crash are currently under investigation.
