Georgetown Man Dies from Injuries Sustained in Single-Vehicle Crash on Bethesda Road
GEORGETOWN, DE – An 18-year-old Georgetown man was pronounced dead on May 26 following a crash that occurred earlier in the month.
According to Delaware State Police, Pablo Pineda Pindea was driving a Honda Accord north on Bethesda Road at a high rate of speed on May 1 when he lost control of the vehicle. The car struck a culvert ditch, became airborne, and struck a utility pole. Police noted that Pineda Pindea was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle, suffering critical injuries.
