BILLINGS – A man was arrested early Saturday morning following a collision with a Billings patrol car at 2:12 a.m. at the intersection of Avenue C and 10th Street West.
According to the Billings Police Department, two individuals fled the scene on foot but were quickly apprehended. Yohan Cuellar, 22, of Honduras, faces charges related to the incident. The identity of the second individual remains undisclosed.
Authorities believe speed and alcohol may have contributed to the crash. There has been no information released regarding the condition of the patrol vehicle involved or any potential injuries sustained in the accident.
