BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Two motorcyclists died in separate incidents in Ada County over the past two weeks.
A 17-year-old from Eagle was involved in a collision with another vehicle on Floating Feather Rd. He was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead after lifesaving efforts failed.
In a second incident, a 60-year-old Boise man died after colliding with a vehicle at the intersection of McMillan Rd. and N. Wild Goose Way. The Ada County Coroner's office confirmed the death was accidental. The Meridian Police Department is investigating the crash.
Authorities are reminding drivers and motorcyclists of safety precautions as May is designated as Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month.
