RACELAND, La. — A Raceland man has died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash on Louisiana Highway 308 last month.
The collision occurred near Triple Oaks Drive around 2:41 p.m. on April 15. According to Louisiana State Police, Walter Foran, 73, was riding a motorcycle northbound when a car failed to yield while making a left turn from Triple Oaks Drive onto the highway.
The motorcycle collided with the car, resulting in serious injuries for Foran. He was transported to an out-of-area hospital, where he was pronounced dead on May 2.
Authorities confirmed the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
