COOSA COUNTY, Ala (WAKA Action 8) – A man has died after a single vehicle crash in Coosa County over the weekend.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency says 56-year old David Sharp of Ohatchee was critically injured when the motorcycle he was driving left the road way and hit a tree.
Sharp was taken to the Coosa Valley Medical Center, where he died.
Investigators say the crash happened Sunday morning around 9:40 A.M. on U.S. 231, about two miles north of Rockford in Coosa County.
No other information is available as troopers continue to investigate.
