Randolph County, N.C. – At least one person died in a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday morning in Randolph County.
The 3:36 a.m. accident happened on I-73 southbound near Little River Road, according to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
A tractor-trailer and an SUV were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.
One person was killed in the accident.
The name of the person who died was not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
