Baldwin County, AL. – One person was killed in a collision involving a dump truck on Monday morning near Foley in Baldwin County.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, the accident happened around 10:18 a.m. at Roy Waters Road and County Road 12 South.
The Robertsdale man was driving a 2016 Nissan Versa when he collided head-on with a 2024 Freightliner dump truck driven by a Chunchula driver.
The Robertsdale man was killed in the collision.
The condition of the dump truck driver was not immediately disclosed.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
