Former Ohio State lineman Kirk Barton, 41, is expected to enter a plea on March 25, 2026, in a 2025 Dublin fatal crash case.
According to court records, Barton is scheduled to enter a guilty or Alford plea to charges stemming from a June 21, 2025 crash in Dublin.
Authorities said the crash resulted in the death of 24-year-old Ethan Perry.
An Alford plea allows a defendant to plead guilty while maintaining innocence.
