BUSHNELL, Fla. — The Sumter County Sheriff's Office on Monday arrested school driver Yvonne Hampton after an April 2 collision.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Hampton faces 29 felony counts of child neglect and 1 count of endangering an adult.

Authorities said the collision involved a school bus and a train at E Central Avenue and N Market Street in Bushnell.

Authorities said the case involves 29 children and 1 adult. No injuries were immediately reported by law enforcement.

Sheriff Pat Breeden announced the arrest alongside School Superintendent Logan Brown. Investigators reviewed video provided by the school district.
