Accident on Interstate 395 in Lisbon Leaves One Dead, One Injured
LISBON, CT — A two-car accident on Interstate 395 early Saturday morning resulted in one fatality and one injury, according to State Police.
Keith Mutch, 35, of Norwich, was pronounced dead at the scene after being ejected from his vehicle during the collision. The driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Officials reported that the accident caused both sides of the highway to be temporarily closed. Mutch was found on the ground in the center median.
The Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Squad is actively investigating the incident.
