Minnesota Motorcyclist Killed in North Dakota Crash.

VALLEY CITY, N.D. — A crash on Interstate 94 resulted in one fatality and one injury on Wednesday, Aug. 20, around 5:55 p.m.

A 66-year-old man from Paynesville, Minnesota, lost control of a 2005 Harley-Davidson while traveling west near mile marker 298, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol. The veered off the roadway into the median.

The driver, who was not wearing a helmet, sustained fatal injuries in the incident. His passenger, a 39-year-old woman from Paynesville, also not wearing a helmet, was injured and received medical attention.

Authorities indicated that the crash remains under investigation, and no further details about lane closures or traffic disruptions were provided.
