BEDFORD, NH — A fiery wreck involving multiple vehicles claimed the life of Eugene Mirman around 2:41 p.m. on October 4.
According to authorities, the crash occurred on Route 101, near Exit 11, involving three vehicles. Emergency responders from the Bedford Fire Department arrived on the scene promptly, providing medical aid to those injured.
Witnesses reported flames engulfing the vehicles, and first responders were able to confirm one fatality at the scene. At least two other individuals sustained injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation.
The New Hampshire State Police launched an investigation into the cause of the collision. Authorities have not released further details about the conditions leading to the crash.
Due to the incident, all eastbound lanes on Route 101 were temporarily closed while emergency crews cleared the area, causing significant traffic delays.
