CROMWELL — A rollover crash on an Interstate 91 north ramp has been cleared as of 8 a.m. Monday.
The incident occurred on the Exit 22N ramp to Route 9 north around 7 a.m., blocking the right shoulder.
According to the Connecticut State Police, there were no reported injuries. The crash was cleared before 8 a.m. following the arrival of emergency responders.
