MIDDLETOWN — An off-ramp from Interstate 91 north has reopened following a crash involving a truck and a tractor-trailer on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Connecticut State Police, the off-ramp at Exit 20 was temporarily closed during the investigation of the incident. Police reported that a truck struck a parked tractor-trailer, resulting in suspected minor injuries.
