The Onslow County Sheriff's Office reported the incident occurred around 2:41 p.m. near the intersection of N. Marine Boulevard and Fairway Road.
Authorities confirmed multiple vehicles were involved, with at least two individuals sustaining injuries requiring medical attention.
Emergency response teams are on-site managing the situation, and tow trucks are en route to clear the wreckage.
