Tiger Woods arrested on suspicion of DUI after rollover crash, released on bond.

JUPITER ISLAND, Fla. — On Friday, March 27, 2026, a two-vehicle crash near 281 South Beach Road on Jupiter Island led to Tiger Woods' arrest on suspicion of DUI.

According to the Martin County Sheriff's Office, the Jupiter Island Police Department received reports of a shortly before 2 p.m. near 281 South Beach Road.

Responders found a pickup truck pulling a pressure-cleaner trailer and a Land Rover driven by Woods, which had rolled onto its driver's side, authorities said.

Sheriff John Budenseik said preliminary findings indicate the northbound pickup slowed to turn when the Land Rover overtook and clipped the trailer's rear, causing the SUV to overturn.

DUI investigators conducted roadside tests, after which Woods was arrested and taken to the Martin County Jail, Budenseik said at a 5 p.m. news conference.

Authorities said a breath test at the jail registered no alcohol; Woods refused a urine test.

He faces charges of DUI, property damage, and refusal to submit to a lawful test. No injuries were reported.

Woods has since bonded out of jail, according to the Sheriff's Office. The crash remains under investigation.
