DICKINSON, N.D. – December 15-20, 2023

December 15
7:50 a.m.: A collision involving a school bus and a 4-door sedan occurred on 15th Street W at State Avenue N. The sedan reportedly entered the bus's lane after stopping at a stop sign. Dickinson Fire and Ambulance assessed all individuals involved.

8:22 a.m.: Sean Whorton, 55, of Dickinson, was arrested on Third Avenue W for Criminal Mischief, a Class C Felony, for allegedly damaging a woman's vehicle in the Walmart parking lot. He was taken to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.

10:54 a.m.: Authorities received a report of a protection order violation.

2:52 p.m.: Damon Berthold, 21, of Dickinson, was arrested for Criminal Trespass and released on a promise to appear.

11:31 p.m.: Galvinlynndria Begody, 32, of Dickinson, was arrested for Tumultuous Conduct/Fighting, a Class B Misdemeanor. She was also released on a promise to appear.

December 17
11:31 a.m.: Debra Jackson of Dickinson was arrested on Enterprise Avenue for a warrant related to a Disorderly Conduct charge.

8:50 p.m.: A break-in was reported on Third Street E; a window air conditioning unit was removed.

8:51 p.m.: Treyton Fast Horse, 19, of Dickinson, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, a Class C Felony, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class A Misdemeanor. He was held without bond.

9:14 p.m.: Reed Marmon, 25, was arrested for Duty Upon Striking an Unattended Vehicle, a Class A Misdemeanor, and released.

December 18
8:01 a.m.: An assault reported at the West River Community Center involved staff members; the case was forwarded to the City Attorney's Office.

5:11 p.m.: A man was arrested for violating a no contact order and held without bond.

8:03 p.m.: Two individuals were arrested for Domestic Violence – Simple Assault and held without bond.

December 19
12:32 a.m.: A crash occurred at Spur Bar on Villard Street W, with an investigation ongoing.

7:34 a.m.: A burglary was reported on Meadows Drive; Zachary Lee and Samantha O'Connor were arrested for Theft and Possession of Meth. They were both transported to the correction center.

10:04 p.m.: Scott Trittshuh, 50, of Dickinson, was arrested for Theft of Property and Construction Fraud, both Class B Felonies.

December 20
12:37 a.m.: Neal Haverluk, 66, of Fairfield, N.D., was arrested for multiple warrants and held without bond.
