CASPER, Wyo. (WKRC) – A 30-year-old woman was found dead in a vehicle that had left the roadway in Natrona County on Sunday morning.
Authorities received a report of a vehicle off Casper Mountain Road around 9:20 a.m. Upon arrival, first responders discovered the vehicle and its sole occupant, Kandice Gunter, who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Casper Police Department.
The Natrona County Coroner's Office identified Gunter, who had been reported missing on October 29. Police stated that the circumstances surrounding the crash and Gunter's cause of death are under investigation. Authorities confirmed there is currently no evidence of foul play.
Gunter's sister noted that it was unusual for her to miss the pickup, describing her sibling as a loving and responsible parent. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
