LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A pedestrian sustained critical injuries after being struck by a vehicle in the east valley early Friday morning.
The incident occurred at approximately 5 a.m. near East Eastern Avenue and Cedar Avenue. The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Traffic on Cedar Avenue is currently blocked between Eastern Avenue and 23rd Street as authorities investigate the crash. Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
