A woman died and a driver fled after a single-vehicle rollover on Shaker Road near State Route 122 in Franklin Township early Aug. 29, 2026.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, troopers were dispatched around 2:50 a.m. A tan Chevrolet Cruze went off the right side of Shaker Road, struck two mailboxes and overturned.
Authorities said passenger Crystal Rains, 32, of Lebanon, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene by the Warren County Coroner's Office.
The driver fled the scene. No arrests had been made as of Saturday morning, a Highway Patrol dispatcher said.
