CLINTON, Miss. — Authorities are investigating a serious crash on I-20 westbound near Norrell Road that occurred Wednesday evening.
According to police, a vehicle with a driver and one passenger veered off the roadway, prompting the driver to exit the vehicle. The driver was subsequently struck by another vehicle.
Both individuals sustained injuries and are receiving medical treatment. The driver was transported by AirCare, while the passenger was taken by AMR. Details regarding the severity of their injuries have not been disclosed.
