Three Injured in Suspected DWI Crash, According to State Police.

PLAINFIELD, N.H. — Three individuals sustained serious injuries in a suspected DWI crash on Route 12A Tuesday night.

The incident occurred at approximately 8 p.m., according to State Police. Eighteen-year-old Michael Martin III of Claremont was driving southbound at a high speed when he collided with another vehicle near Beauty Hill Road.

The second vehicle, operated by 53-year-old Clayton Ezequelle of White River Junction, Vermont, subsequently caught fire. Ezequelle suffered life-threatening injuries, while Martin and his passenger were also seriously injured. All three individuals were transported to a regional hospital for treatment.

Martin was later arrested and faces charges of felony aggravated DWI, felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, and additional offenses.

Authorities are conducting an ongoing investigation into the crash. Anyone with information is urged to contact State Police.
