PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — A 35-year-old woman is recovering at the hospital following a vehicle collision on Cranston Street on July 17 at approximately 10:45 p.m.
Authorities said the woman was struck by a black vehicle while crossing the roadway. The driver fled the scene after the incident.
Providence police are actively investigating the accident. No additional injuries or vehicle details have been confirmed at this time.
