CLOVIS, Calif. (Fresno Bee) — A multi-vehicle collision on State Route 168 left two people injured on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident occurred at approximately 3:45 p.m., involving three vehicles in the eastbound lanes.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a sedan collided with an SUV, causing both vehicles to spin out of control and strike a third vehicle.
Emergency responders arrived on the scene shortly after the incident and transported two drivers to a nearby hospital; their injuries are described as moderate.
Authorities reported that the crash prompted the closure of the right two lanes of eastbound SR-168 for roughly 45 minutes while an investigation was conducted.
