A Newark man was killed in a two-vehicle crash in western Franklin County on July 28, 2026, authorities said.
According to a Franklin County Sheriff's Office crash report, the man drove through a red light and his vehicle struck a semitrailer.
The report states he was not wearing a seatbelt.
