WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. — A tragic hit-and-run incident claimed the life of a 76-year-old man from Illinois on Monday afternoon along Interstate 90. The collision occurred around 1:29 p.m., sending Terry R. Nydegger's pickup truck across the median into oncoming traffic.
