MADISON (WKOW) – A rollover crash on the Beltline this morning has resulted in one fatality.
According to Madison Police, the accident occurred at approximately 4:44 a.m. between Mineral Point Road and South Gammon Road. One occupant was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
The Beltline is currently closed in both directions between Mineral Point Road and South Gammon Road as authorities conduct their investigation. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes during this time.
The roadway will reopen once the investigation concludes. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
