HUNTLEY — A 72-year-old Huntley man died on July 17, 2026, in a two-vehicle crash at an uncontrolled intersection on W. E. Road.
According to a Montana Highway Patrol report, a 15-year-old Billings boy was driving south on No. 5th Road at approximately 45 miles per hour when he collided with the man's vehicle. The Huntley man, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected and subsequently struck a pipe feed lot fence. He succumbed to injuries sustained in the incident; the teenager suffered only minor injuries.
Authorities confirmed that alcohol, drugs, and speed are not suspected factors in the crash.
