Saginaw County, MI. – A 76-year-old woman was killed in a car crash that left several people injured in Saginaw County on Sunday night.
According to Michigan State Police, the deadly crash happened on Interstate 75 near Birch Run Road at around 10:30 p.m.
Two vehicles collided on the freeway in unclear circumstances, with the impact causing one of the cars to overturn.
A short time later, a third car crashed into the wreckage.
A 76-year-old Burton woman who was a passenger in one of the cars was killed in the accident.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing
