Gooding Woman Dies in Rollover Crash on Sunday Afternoon
GOODING COUNTY, ID – A 20-year-old woman from Gooding was killed in a rollover crash Sunday at approximately 4:32 p.m., according to Idaho State Police.
The incident occurred on 1800 East, near 2251 South, when a 21-year-old Gooding woman driving a Dodge Grand Caravan southbound lost control and rolled off the road. The driver was transported by ambulance to a local hospital.
The passenger, aged 20, died at the scene. Authorities have not confirmed if either of the women was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
The investigation is ongoing, with assistance from the Gooding County Sheriff's Office and the Gooding County Fire Department.
