MIDDLETON, Idaho (CBS2) — Dugout Bar & Grill is hosting a fundraiser for the family of Carson, a Middleton High School student who died in a vehicle-bicycle collision last Friday night.
Starting Monday, September 21, the restaurant will donate a percentage of sales through the following Sunday to support Carson's family. Authorities confirmed the tragic incident occurred during evening hours, resulting in fatal injuries to the 17-year-old.
The restaurant announced the initiative on Facebook, stating, “Gone but Never Forgotten,” and describing Carson as a “Teammate, Friend, Brother, Son, Forever.” They encouraged community members to participate using the hashtags “#69 CARSON STRONG” and “Help support Carson's family.”
In a statement, Dugout Bar & Grill emphasized that “Every meal, every drink, and every visit helps support Carson's family during this unimaginable time.”
