A person in a neon safety vest narrowly avoided being hit Monday morning on I-670 in Columbus when a car struck a disabled SUV.
According to WSYX, video from the scene shows a red SUV disabled in the I-670 smart lane, which was closed at the time, when a silver car collided with it.
Video shows the person in the safety vest jumping onto a concrete barrier moments before impact.
According to the station, the silver car appeared to try to pass a truck before crashing into the disabled vehicle.
