MEDFORD, Ore. — A vehicle crashed into a power pole on Delta Waters Road at approximately 2:41 p.m. today, causing widespread power outages.
Multiple emergency response units are on the scene. According to Medford Police, the driver suffered minor injuries. The collision significantly damaged the power pole, necessitating a response from Pacific Power crews, who are currently assessing and repairing the damage.
Delta Waters Road is closed between Springbrook Road and Foothill Road. Authorities advise drivers to take alternate routes and expect delays as crews work to restore power and clear the area.
