Two-car crash stalls traffic on I-55 in Hinds County
BYRAM, Miss. — A two-car accident caused significant delays during the Monday morning commute on Interstate 55.
Authorities responded to the scene just before 7 a.m., near the Siwell Road exit, where a collision resulted in two vehicles being incapacitated.
Emergency responders from the BYRAM Police Department and AMR evaluated the situation. One individual appeared to be injured, seated near the concrete barrier, but details on injuries involving the drivers or any passengers were not immediately available.
