LAKEVILLE, MASS. (WJAR) — A rollover crash on Route 140 injured three people on October 10, 2023, at approximately 10:30 a.m.
Emergency responders from the Lakeville Fire Department arrived at the scene to find one vehicle in the median and a second vehicle in the breakdown lane. One passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
Authorities reported that two additional individuals were treated at the scene for minor injuries. Both vehicles involved in the crash were towed from the area, and cleanup operations were initiated.
As a result of the incident, one lane of Route 140 was closed for approximately an hour during the emergency response and investigation. The cause of the crash is under investigation by local authorities.
