LOUISVILLE – A multi-vehicle collision on I-65 North near mile marker 135 resulted in one fatality and three injuries this afternoon, authorities reported.
Emergency responders were dispatched at 1:42 p.m. to the scene, where a 2020 Toyota Camry collided with a 2018 Ford F-150 and a 2015 Honda Civic. One occupant of the Camry was pronounced dead at the scene, while three others were transported to a local hospital, police said.
Traffic was significantly impacted as all northbound lanes were closed for over two hours for cleanup and investigation. The Kentucky State Police is conducting a full investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
