At approximately 8:59 p.m. on Thursday, a scooter rider sustained life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle on Aspinwall Road in Dorchester, according to Boston Police.
First responders arrived at the scene and transported the victim to a local hospital. The identity of the victim has not been released.
