BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — A train struck a pedestrian in Boynton Beach on Monday evening, prompting an ongoing investigation.
According to the Boynton Beach Police Department (BBPD), the incident occurred near Southeast 23rd Avenue and the Florida East Coast Railway tracks.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene, and the roadway is currently closed between Southeast 2nd Street and Southeast 3rd Street.
